Harvest Welcomes Dana Rosen as SVP for the Midwest Region

Dana Rosen Joins Harvest as its newest SVP and loan officer for the Midwest region.

Prior to joining Harvest, Rosen served as a Small Business Specialist with BB&T, where she managed a portfolio of 300+ clients. Earlier in her career she also served as a BDO for Bancorp Inc. where she was responsible for developing key accounts across the business silos of Leasing, SBA, Commercial Lending and Institutional Banking.

Rosen is known for having founded the “Last Meeting of the Day” professional networking group and is active in philanthropic organizations including Friends of Rittenhouse Square and JDRF.

Rosen attended Boston University, College of Communication where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree. She is also a Certified Image Consultant and Licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Pennsylvania. Dana resides in down-town Philadelphia with her husband. She enjoys

Erik Adams Elected to NADCO Board of Directors

On October 8, 2019, NADCO announced that Erik Adams was elected to the 2019-2020 Board of Directors for Region 1.

Erik Adams is the Sr. Vice President, Director of Marketing at Bay Colony Development. He oversees sales, marketing, and lending.

After graduating from the Isenberg School of Management at UMASS Amherst, Adams moved to California to begin his career in SBA Lending. He spent 6 years providing financing for companies in Southern California under the SBA 504 loan program. Now with Bay Colony, Adams and the Bay Colony lending team are helping to make such financing available to firms in New England.

Outside of his professional life, Erik enjoys playing guitar, golf, and spending time with wife and two children.

Cat Riddle Re-elected to NADCO Board of Directors

Cat has been involved with CDC Small Business Finance, the largest SBA 504 lender in the nation, since 1994. As Chief Financial Officer, Cat is responsible for budgeting, financial reporting and analysis, cash management, and oversight of all accounting functions. Cat’s tenure with CDC includes roles in credit, servicing and management of production. As Chief Technology Officer, Cat is responsible for incorporating technology strategies into CDC’s core initiatives to ensure management/staff has the best tools available to accomplish the company’s goals. CDC Ventures develops and supports software for all aspects of SBA 504 loan production, data management, and contact management.

Since being elected to the NADCO board in 2012, Cat has been actively engaged in improving the delivery of 504 and ensuring the program’s relevance going forward. She has served as chair of the CSA committee, Chair of Regulatory Affairs, and most recently as Vice-Chair. Cat also steered the Modernization Initiative and has participated on an on-going basis with SBA’s implementation.

Prior to working for CDC Small Business Finance, Cat was a Loan Review Officer for Pacific Southwest Bank in Corpus Christi, Texas, where she was responsible for reviewing and risk rating commercial loans and participating in due diligence reviews.

Cat holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Finance, from the University of Texas and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Houston. Cat lives in The Woodlands, Texas with her two daughters.
