With more than 13 years of experience in SBA Lending, David has cultivated a deep understanding of the sector and takes pride in building relationships with small business owners to help them achieve their goals. Born and raised in Houston, TX, David is a proud Fightin’ Texas Aggie, holding both a Bachelor’s of Business Administration and an MBA from Texas A&M University. Outside of his professional life, David is part of a large, adventurous family that loves to escape the Texan heat and humidity by enjoying water activities, especially sailing, making the most of every opportunity to embark on aquatic adventures.

Eric Manning Named VP, Commercial Banking Officer at Oak Valley Community Bank

Manning brings over 20 years of Sacramento focused commercial banking experience to his new role, the last ten as a Senior Relationship Manager. He will be responsible for commercial lending and business development in the Greater Sacramento region.

Manning earned a Bachelor of Science Degree and Master’s in Business Administration from the University of California, Davis. Manning is a 2009 graduate from the Pacific Coast Banking School as well as having graduated from the Agricultural Lending Institute (ALI) at California State University, Fresno in 2016. He is long standing member of the Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE), the Alumni Association at UC Davis Graduate School of Management, and an active member in North Natomas Little League.

A Los Angeles native and US Marine veteran, Edi Santos brings a wealth of experience with 15 years of combined expertise in commercial real estate and business lending. Previously holding the position of Sales Manager at SoCal CDC, Edi utilized his Master’s in Business Administration, as well as knowledge gained from his tenure at Bank of America and Wells Fargo, to help small business owners achieve the milestone of purchasing their commercial property. Edi’s fluency in Spanish is a significant asset to his clients, facilitating smooth navigation of Southern California real estate transactions. Having developed his discipline and leadership skills through eight years of service in the Marine Corps during Operation Iraqi Freedom, Edi takes pride in serving as the newest member of the BFC Finance team and looks forward to serving you.
