Emil Temelkov joins First Bank of the Lake

In his new role, Temelkov will serve as Vice President of Government Guaranteed Lending and a Commercial Real Estate Business Development Officer. He will be responsible for commercial real estate growth by capitalizing on his strong track record and relationships in the commercial lending arena.

Temelkov is based in Hoboken, New Jersey but will be serving clients nationwide. 

SBDC Welcomes Two New Business Advisors

The Small Business Development Center at Jamestown Community College in New York State has hired John Crawford and Jennifer Wedzik as business advisors, bringing their total number of advisors up to seven for Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, and Allegany counties.

Crawford is a lifelong resident of Olean. He is a 2005 and 2008 graduate of Saint Bonaventure University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree as well as his M.B.A. while concentrating in accounting and finance. He began his professional career at Dresser-Rand Co. and graduated from its financial management rotational program. In 2013, Crawford accepted a full-time position at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford as an assistant professor of finance, where he teaches finance, strategic management, and accounting. Also, Crawford is completing his doctorate in financial management through Wilmington University.

Wedzik brings more than 15 years of experience managing regional credit operations for some large, national finance companies and banks. Her expertise is in accounting, financing, and workout situations. She holds a degree in business administration with a concentration in finance. She also has experience in the private sector starting up and running several diverse businesses.

Arizona Federal Credit Union named SBA Preferred Lending Partner
