First Internet Bank Continues SBA Expansion
Last week, First Internet Bank announced that two new Senior Business Development Officers joined its SBA Lending team. With the additions of Jared Johnson and Ryan Kroge, First Internet Bank continues to expand its footprint and support for small business owners nationwide.
“Jared and Ryan each have a proven track record for helping customers navigate the SBA lending process,” says Vice President, National SBA Sales Manager, Mark Gibson. “Small business owners are essential to our economy; it’s our goal to provide the best customer service, industry knowledge, and access to capital they need to succeed in this challenging economy.”
Jared Johnson is a top-performing SBA professional, joining First Internet Bank from BankUnited. His past experience includes similar positions with Community Bank and US Bank. He received his B.A. from California State University and his M.B.A. from the University of Redlands.
Ryan Kroge also joins First Internet Bank from BankUnited. He was previously with Huntington National Bank and CF Bancorp. Ryan graduated from Oakland University with a B.S. in Finance and received his M.S. from Walsh.

Gary L. Siddens, Jr. Joins Harvest as SVP BDO
Gary Siddens Jr. joins Harvest’s Missouri team as SVP BDO.
Siddens’s career has spanned over 30 years in various business development roles in the financial services industry. After graduating college, he worked in the insurance industry before transitioning to selling institutional money management services. Since 2002, he has worked for several local banks as a commercial lender with a focus on owner-occupied commercial real estate, SBA, and leveraged lending.
Gary holds a Bachelor’s degree from Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri. He resides in St. Louis with his wife Emily and son Benjamin. He can best be described as a self-starter who loves meeting and helping new people.
Craig Buse Joins the Indiana Statewide Certified Development Corp. Southern Loan Committee
Craig Buse joins the Indiana Statewide Certified Development Corp. Southern Loan Committee. He has been with French Lick-based Spring Valley Bank & Trust Co. for 18 years, currently serving as senior executive vice president and chief lending officer.
Buse holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a Masters in Information Technology from Capella University. He is a 2012 graduate from the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, Wisconsin. Buse completed the Dubois County Leadership Academy in 2011 and was awarded the Independent Community Bankers “Rising Star” Award in 2009. He is the President-Elect of the Rotary Club of Jasper, board member of Indiana Bankers Future Leadership Development and member of the Northwood Good Samaritan Advisory Board.
Buse is a youth sports coach for Patriot Wrestling Club and North Spencer Baseball, Basketball, and Soccer. Buse resides in Spencer County with his wife, Erika, and two children, Chase and Colton.
