Heidi Whitesell is Promoted to President and COO of Fund-Ex Solutions

Heidi has been directly involved in government-guaranteed lending bank originations for over ten years in various roles. Her responsibilities have included managing sales teams, developing policies and procedures, creating equitable compensation plans, and collaborating with credit administration for the implementation of portfolio origination and servicing.

Fund-Ex Solutions Announces Pamela Frie as Director of SBA National Sales and Marketing

“Pamela Frie’s ability to improve processes and utilize data and technology will be integral during her time at FSG,” says Mark Schmidt, CEO of FSG. “Frie was recently nominated as ‘One to Watch’ for the CIANJ Enterprising Women in Commerce Awards and it’s an honor to have someone on our team who is recognized in achieving great things in the SBA loan industry.”

Prior to FSG, Pamela served as the SVP/SBA Team Leader for Lakeland Bank in NJ where she bolstered the SBA program. Her banking experience spans over 30 years with over 20 of these years specializing in SBA lending serving in various roles for top SBA lending companies such as CIT Small Business Lending and ReadyCap Lending. She is a true advocate of the SBA loan programs and believes her responsibilities are not just to provide access to capital for small businesses but also to share her knowledge of SBA.

Daniel Rogers Joins First Bank of the Lake’s SBA Lending Team as SBA Business Development Associate

“We are excited Dan has joined our team,” states Annemarie Murphy, EVP, President of SBA Lending. “Dan brings proven success and his expertise in the owner-user commercial real estate space will be an asset to First Bank of the Lake,” stated Murphy. “He is a trusted advisor to his clients and is committed to helping business owners grow and succeed with access to much-needed business capital.”

Rogers joined First Bank of the Lake’s SBA team in August 2022. He has worked in or around business lending for over 7 years as an SBA lender, an actual SBA government employee and he got his start as a solopreneur working as a business lending consultant. Rogers graduated from California State University with a degree in Sociology and a minor in Criminal Justice. He is a member of the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce, coached for the Murfreesboro Little League, and is an active networker inside the Williamson County BNI.
