Community First Bank of Indiana Hires Keith Menner as SBA Lending Manager

Menner has over 15 years of experience in SBA lending and advisory work with small business owners. He is also considered a mortgage banking expert and has extensive experience in all facets of commercial real estate lending, acquisition, and financing with an emphasis on investment properties.
Manner graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He went on to represent developers and income property lending on multifamily, office buildings, and industrial sites through mortgage production. Manner is an active member at Mercy Road Church and has been involved with such urban ministries as Salvation Army, Wheeler Mission, and Jireh Sports Ministry.
First Port City Bank Earns Preferred Lender Status From Small Business Administration

The Preferred Lender status provides First Port City Bank with the authority to process, close, service, and liquidate most SBA-guaranteed loans without prior review. Therefore, providing faster financing to small businesses throughout Georgia and Florida.
Gary Reynolds Joins AEI Consultants as Business Development Manager
“With growth comes change and with that change, I always consider my friends that promote the 7(a) and 504 loan programs,” says Reynolds. “ My goal is to constantly improve and through making positive steps in the right direction for my career I can continually provide an even greater value to my client, their staff, and ultimately to the small business owner.”
Reynolds has been a valuable resource to SBA and CRE Lenders for over a decade. At AEI Consultant he will provide SBA 7(a) and 504 lenders with keen insights into the environmental requirements laid out within SBA’s most recent SOP and provide them with the knowledge necessary to make smart lending decisions.
