Gulf Coast Small Business Lending Announces Opening of 2 Pennsylvania Offices, Hiring of Mario Campbell and Jim Frey
Earlier this month Gulf Coast Small Business Lending (GCSBL) announced the hiring of Mario Campbell as Senior Vice President, Business Development Officer in Mt Pocono, PA and Jim Frey as Senior Vice President, Business Development Officer in Ligonier, PA.

Mario Campbell brings over 35 years of financial services experience to his new role at Gulf Coast Small Business Lending, having specialized exclusively in SBA since 2008. In particular, Mario focuses on utilizing the SBA lending programs to provide funding for small businesses nationwide.
Jim Frey brings over 19 years of financial services experience to his new role at Gulf Coast Small Business Lending having specialized exclusively in SBA since 2012. In particular, Jim has specific expertise in structuring SBA loans for business acquisitions, franchise lending, expansions and construction.
Spencer Savings Bank Promotes Anthony Niciejewski to Vice President, Market Manager
Spencer Savings Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Anthony Niciejewski to the position of Vice President, Market Manager. In his new role, Niciejewski will lead the overall success of the bank’s Essex and Morris county teams, while also focusing on customer experience and creating long lasting, solid business partnerships in the community.

Niciejewski brings nearly 15 years of financial and banking experience to this new role. He joined the bank in 2013 and was most recently a Business Banker, responsible for the bank’s small business lending program. Prior to that he was a Branch Manager at both Capital One Bank and TD Bank. He attended Felician University and received a B.S. in Business Administration. He is currently pursuing his M.B.A. from the University of Massachusetts. Niciejewski is also a graduate of the American Banker Association’s Stonier Graduate School of Banking, a prestigious program designed for rising stars within a bank.
East Central Indiana SBDC Welcomes Herold Jemison
After Herold Jemison spent a decade working in business management, he decided to change the pace of his life. He started teaching Micro and Macro economics at Ivy Tech in Indianapolis and fell in love with teaching others. This love of teaching led Jemison to join the team at the East Central Indiana Small Business Development Center (SBDC) as a business advisor.
“Herold brings tremendous value to our team,” says East Central Indiana Small Business Development Center Regional Director, Peggy Cenova. “He can help us see things through a new perspective as an individual with recent and extensive business experience. He also brings value to the clients we serve in East Central Indiana by having the ability to teach from his own experiences.”
“The SBDC provides me the opportunity to not only share knowledge with clients but also allows me to see the application of that knowledge in real time,” shares Jemison.
