Pam Scott Joins Harvest as BDO

Last week, Pam Scott joined Harvest SBF as their newest BDO. 

Scott has over 30 years of experience in SBA and commercial real estate lending. Over the years she has managed operations departments including  Packaging, Closing, Loan Servicing and Liquidation for some of the largest SBA lenders in the country. However, most recently, Scott started up and ran SBA departments for smaller community banks including Evolve Bank & Trust and Colorado National Bank.

As an SBA and Commercial Real Estate expert Scott has the experience and knowledge to get small business borrowers the deals they need to succeed. 

Santa Cruz County Bank Hires Stephen Meade as VP Senior Relationship Manager 

On March 9, 2020 Santa Cruz County Bank announced that they hired Stephen W. Meade as Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager for the Bank’s Silicon Valley region.  

Meade has 20 years of experience with Investment Commercial Real Estate, SBA 504 and 7(a), Commercial and Industrial lending. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from California State University, Fresno and received an underwriting certification from the Risk Management Association.  Most recently, Mr. Meade was a Business Relationship Manager for Chase Bank.

At Santa Cruz County Bank, Meade will be responsible for developing new relationships and expanding existing business relationships in Cupertino and the Silicon Valley region.

“Stephen is well versed in lending and relationship building in the Silicon Valley region,” Says  Jon Sisk, Regional President of Santa Cruz County Bank. “We look forward to Stephen’s contributions to the growth of our Cupertino office and the Bank overall.”

American Momentum Bank grows SBA lending division 

American Momentum Bank is growing its SBA lending division with the addition of three key hires – Stacey D. Carbone as senior vice president, SBA business development officer III; Jeannine Balanky as vice president, SBA business development officer III; and Deanna C. Tennian as vice president, SBA post-closing servicing and portfolio manager. 

“We were very fortunate to be able to attract these seasoned professionals,” said Patrick Fenech, senior vice president and managing director of SBA lending for American Momentum Bank. “They have an average of more than 25 years of experience in banking and finance and have had impressive careers thus far in SBA lending. We’re looking forward to working with them and helping our customers secure financing and grow their businesses.”

In these roles, Carbone and Balanky will be responsible for sourcing well-qualified SBA 7(a) and 504 loan opportunities and deposit relationships in Florida. Balanky will focus on Central and North Florida and Carbone on West and Southwest Florida. In addition, Tennian will be responsible for maintaining and servicing loan files, as well as all due diligence associated with post-closing conditions for approved SBA loans.
