CapStar Bank Hires John Davis as New Chief Operations and Technology Officer
CapStar Bank has hired John A. Davis as Executive Vice President, Chief Operations and Technology Officer. Davis will lead deposit and loan operations, information technology and the company’s project management office and will serve as a member of the company’s executive committee.
“We are thrilled to have John join our team,” says CapStar Chief Executive Officer and President, Tim Schools. “As we look to grow our company organically and through acquisitions, John’s extensive skills in operations and supporting substantial growth will be a big asset to CapStar.”
CapStar Bank, with assets of $2.04 billion, provides custom financial solutions to businesses and consumers through 13 locations in seven Tennessee counties. The bank has been recognized by Greenwich Associates, an international marketing firm, as a national CX Leader for small business banking and is a Top Workplace for 2019.
Randy Kyle Re-Elected to NADCO Board of Directors
Randy Kyle was first elected to NADCO’s Board of Directors in 2017. He is a CPA and has a Masters in Business Taxation from the University of Minnesota.
Since January of 2015, Kyle has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of WBD, Inc. (formerly known as Wisconsin Business Development). Prior to joining WBD, Kyle served as a board member of WBD for over ten years, while operating his financial consulting business for small business owners.
Randy has brought a tremendous amount of operational and financial expertise to not only WBD but also as a board member to several other organizations, including ten years on the National Council on Crime & Delinquency; six years on the Madison Club Board; and fifteen years on the First United Methodist Church Foundation Board.
Patti Kibbe Re-Elected to NADCO’s Board of Directors At-Large
Patti Kibbe has served on the NADCO Board of Directors since 2015 and has been in the banking and finance industry for over 30 years.
Kibbe started working at Peoples National Bank while attending college at Central Washington University in Ellensburg. She later moved to the Seattle metropolitan area, continuing her development with management positions in training, auditing, human resources, and consumer and commercial banking.
In 2002, Patti transitioned her career from banking to the Certified Development Company industry as the Chief Operating Officer of Evergreen Community Development Association. She was named as President and CEO by Evergreen’s Board of Directors in 2013.
Patti has supported Evergreen’s economic development mission through her interaction with Economic Development Associations in Washington, Oregon, and Alaska.
