Tom Wiker and Elliott Levine Join Harvest Business Finance as Business Development Officers

“While other lenders were on hold during the recent crisis, Harvest has been bringing on more talented Business Development personnel nationwide. Tom Wiker has been in the commercial lending industry since graduating college in 2014. He started his career learning the ropes with a non-bank SBA lender. Prior to his role at Harvest he had the opportunity to start a new small balance commercial lending platform for a 5 billion dollar bank, from scratch, comprised of a team of 5 people. Spent 4 years growing the portfolio, doing good loans for good borrowers on good buildings that were not quite able to obtain financing from a bank for one reason or another. His experiences include underwriting and sales with a focus on bankers, brokers and other COI’s.

Before joining Harvest as a Vice President , Elliott Levine was the president and founder of Stellar Capital Solutions, Inc. During this time he made the dream of owning and operating your own business a reality for hundreds of clients. Elliott’s background has always been surrounded and involved within the financial industry. After attending Ohio University, Elliott started his professional career as a debt collector for the first ever subprime wholesale lender. Within a few months, through his hard work and determination, Elliott worked his way up to be the company’s first foreclosure and bankruptcy manager. After learning the intricacies of the operations, Elliott decided to take a leap and start his own mortgage company. It was then that Elliott was introduced to the commercial and business lending industry. Over the past two decades, Elliott has successfully founded, constructed, and operated his own financial lending companies.

Bank of Southern California Hires Thomas G. Dolan as First Chief Strategy Officer

Bank of Southern California, announced today that Thomas G. Dolan has joined the company in the newly created position of Chief Strategy Officer. As Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer, he will serve as a member of the company’s executive management team where he will be responsible for leading the company’s strategic initiatives, regulatory compliance, investor relations, and identifying new lines of business that align with the company’s growth and revenue objectives.
