Wayne Williams Elected to NADCO Board of Directors
On October 8, 2019, NADCO announced that Wayne Williams was elected to the 2019-2020 Board of Directors for Region 3.
Wayne Williams is the Sr. Vice President and Senior Lending Officer at Business Finance Group. As the company’s Senior Lending Officer, Williams supports a team of loan officers in navigating SBA policies and procedures and assists with companywide sales management activities.
Williams has over 32 years of experience in commercial banking and small business lending. Wayne joined Business Finance Group in 1997 after a 10-year career in commercial banking and serves as Senior Vice President and Senior Lending Officer. Working with the lending community, small business owners, and a variety of referral partners, Wayne markets and originates SBA 504 Loans in the Washington, DC metropolitan region. Since 1997 Wayne has personally assisted over 700 small businesses finance over $1.3 billion in projects.
Wayne has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program of the North Carolina School of Banking.
Sara Vanhala Elected to NADCO Board of Directors
On October 8, 2019, NADCO announced that Sara Vanhala was elected to the 2019-2020 Board of Directors for Region 5.
Sara Vanhala joined Illinois-based Small Business Growth Corporation (Growth Corp) in 2007 after her family relocated to Springfield, Illinois. Serving as Director of Communications, Assistant to the President and Assistant Secretary to the corporation’s Board of Directors, Sara fills many roles within the organization. However, her primary responsibility is to convey the availability, impact and importance of the 504 Loan Program through marketing, community and legislative outreach, educational initiatives and resource collaboration with lending partners.
In addition to her time and experience at Growth Corp, Sara is the mother of three and, in her spare time, provides freelance graphic design services to Springfield’s Convention & Visitor’s Bureau and other small businesses. Her background has encompassed leadership and committee involvement in the educational sector as well.
Zola Finch Re-Elected to NADCO Board of Directors
On October 8, 2019, NADCO announced that Zola Finch was elected to the 2019-2020 Board of Directors for Region 7.
Zola is a graduate of William Woods University in Fulton, Missouri where she obtained a BA in Accounting and an MBA. In addition, Zola is a Certified Economic Development Finance Professional through The National Development Council (NDC) and is a graduate of Leadership Missouri. Zola was recently promoted to Executive Director of RMI. She joined the staff of (RMI) in 1983 when RMI became a Certified Development Company (CDC).
Zola is a member of the Alpha Phi Social Sorority Alumni Chapter and has served as Chapter Advisor to her collegiate chapter. In addition, Zola is a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church where she is the Special Music Coordinator and Church Council President. Zola is a member of the Jefferson City Lunch Rotary Club. She enjoys reading, playing the piano and traveling with her husband and daughter, Kaitlyn.
