Midwest Regional Bank Opens Arizona Office with Steve Johnston

Bill Freed Named VP or Servicing for CDC Small Business Finance

Bill has a long career in commercial lending including credit administration, loan work-outs, leading Special Assets teams and managing portfolios. He worked most recently for AnchorBank in Wisconsin and has also worked for Wells Fargo, America First Federal Credit Union and First Security Bank. His charge at CDC Small Business Finance will be to create and implement best practices for all areas of loan portfolio management as well as undertake servicing actions in CDC’s growing portfolio of SBA 504 loans, Community Advantage loans and Microloans.
