Coleman’s 2019 SBA Lender Awards — Coleman’s 2019 Business Development Officers of the Year

Congratulations to Coleman’s 2019 Business Development Officers of the Year: Jimmy Jarrell, Edward Tuvin, Jason Stewart, Paul Long, and Maria Lawson!

Jimmy Jarrell, TD Bank

Jimmy Jarrell has been a proven visionary and strategic leader in the Delaware banking community since 2014. Over the span of his career, Jarrel has helped countless small and midsize businesses achieve their dreams. He has lent well over $100 million, which has led to creating thousands of jobs over more than a decade.

Edward Tuvin, City First

Edward Tuvin currently serves as Senior Vice President at CityFirst Bank. He is also a keynote speaker on subjects related to business ethics, conscientious capitalism, diversity, ethics, and inclusion. In addition to being a social media influencer with over 40 years of leadership experience at world-class global companies, Mr. Tuvin has a highly diversified career in corporate finance, management, commercial real estate leasing, commercial real-estate finance, mergers and acquisitions, business development, credit and operational risk management, and financial engineering.

Jason Stewart, Hometown Bank

Jason Stewart has served in the U.S. Marines and the U.S. Navy. Upon returning from multiple deployments, Stewart attended Kent State University and achieved a degree in Economics, and Finance. Since then he has worked for Hometown Bank.

“I never pictured working in an office but have enjoyed every second with this institution. I enjoy helping businesses and Commercial investors with their capital needs,” says Stewart. “We also provide SBA lending for borrowers that may have collateral shortfalls or need a longer-term to help them with cash flow. Every relationship is unique.”

Paul Long, Timberland Bank

Paul T. Long has been Senior Vice President of Business Banking & SBA Lending at Timberland Bank since 2015. He specializes in Commercial Real Estate, Business Acquisitions, Business Equipment and Vehicle loans, and Lines of Credit for working capital.

“ I partner with Timberland Bank as Senior Vice President of Business Banking and SBA Lending to guide business owners to help them achieve their goals through controlling their business finances and staying on top of what matters most to their business and be there as a resource as another person on their team,” says Long. “Business Owners deserve a Commercial Banker that is a strategic advisor, not just a banker. I believe that having a great banker is often more important than the bank itself.”

Maria Lawson, Touchmark National Bank

Maria Lawson has served as Senior Vice President SBA / Commercial Relationship Manager at Touchmark National Bank since 2015.

Touchmark National Bank operates from a full-service location in Alpharetta, Georgia. Lawson and her team strive to provide a superior banking experience by combining innovative products with industry-leading customer service and technology.
