Lynn Ozer Joins Fulton Bank

Lynn Ozer, one of the region’s most prominent Small Business Administration lenders, has landed a position as president of SBA lending at Lancaster, Pa.-based Fulton Financial Corp. According to her LinkedIn page, Ozer started her new role in November, a few months after the bulk of her 21-person team was laid off or transferred to other positions in the wake of Susquehanna Bancshares being acquired by BB&T Corp last Aug. 1.
Ozer’s LinkedIn bio says she now manages SBA lending for all six of Fulton Financial Corp’s banking subsidiaries in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and Washington, D.C. Administration, underwriting and portfolio management are located in Pottstown with lenders in the markets they serve.
BankUnited Names Steve Sexson SBA National Sales Manager

Sexson joins BankUnited from Wells Fargo Bank in Denver, Colo., where he served most recently as SBA area sales manager. He is a past board member of Colorado Lending Source, an SBA Certified Development Company, and the Colorado Association of Business Intermediaries.
Torres, Dill and Pickering Join Union Bank’s SBA Lending Team

With two decades of experience, Torres has been a market leader in SBA and commercial real estate lending. Serving the Southern California market with a strong emphasis on Orange County and the Inland Empire, he most recently spent five years as a vice president of SBA lending for Bank of the West in Newport Beach.
Dill brings nearly 20 years of experience to his position and has also become a top advisor for SBA and commercial real estate lending throughout Orange County and the Inland Empire. Previously, he worked for Bank of the West, increasing the company’s SBA lending throughout Southern California, and also for Plaza Bank in Newport Beach.
For more than 20 years, Pickering has worked in the real estate industry, with an emphasis on SBA commercial real estate lending, title and escrow. Prior to Union Bank, she spent five years at Bank of the West, where she earned the coveted “Excellence Award” for three consecutive years while supporting the bank’s top producers.
Taralee Muhli Joins Bank of the West as Vice President, SBA BDO
Bank of the West announced today that Taralee Muhli has joined the company as vice president, SBA Business Development Officer. In this new role, Muhli is responsible for providing SBA 504 and 7(a) loans to small-and medium-sized business clients in Tacoma and the surrounding areas.
Muhli has more than 18 years of commercial real estate industry experience in both SBA and conventional lending. Prior to joining Bank of the West, Muhli working in various roles at Well Fargo Bank.
