SBA Annouces Betsy Markey as Region VIII Administrator

The U.S. Small Business Administration on Monday announced that Betsy Markey, a Colorado congresswoman from 2009 to 2011, will become the regional administrator for Colorado and neighboring states. She succeeds Matt Varilek of South Dakota. Varilek was a former aide to U.S. Sen. Tim Johnson, D-South Dakota, and former Sen. Tom Daschle.
