FBI Raids Kris Roglieri’s Home

Kris Roglieri, a leader in the commercial loan broker industry and owner of Prime Commercial Lending had his home raided earlier this month by the FBI says the Times Union — the Albany newspaper.

The raid is the latest challenge for Roglieri who’s Prime Capital Ventures was seized by a Federal Court after an involuntary Chapter 7 filing in December when three investors claimed Prime accepted $23 million to be lent to real estate developers. Trouble is the investors never got loan docs, or even any interest for that matter.

And more money is missing says the court-appointed receiver.

According the The Real Deal, “Tracking down the interest deposits . . .has been no easy task”
“I simply can’t find this $52 million. I can’t get verification that it exists.”
He added it is the “biggest red flag” in front of him.
Kris is the founder of the National Alliance of Commercial Loan Brokers. In its tenth year, NACLB produces an annual trade show in Las Vegas that matches lenders with brokers.

Much more to come. . . . .
