Anna Delic Promoted to VP, SBA & GGL Relationship Manager at Fifth Third Bank

Anna Delic has been promoted to Vice President, SBA & Government Guaranteed Lending Relationship Manager at Fifth Third Bank. Delic has been with Fifth Third Bank since February 2021, previously serving as VP, SBA Market Specialist II.

Delic has more than 10 years of experience in SBA and government-guaranteed lending, with expertise in SBA loan programs, credit underwriting and risk assessment. At Fifth Third, her work has included SBA 7(a), Express and 504 lending, including loan origination, packaging and closing.

Prior to joining Fifth Third Bank, Delic spent seven years with Byline Bank, where she held several SBA and USDA credit roles. She advanced from SBA Credit Intern and Junior Credit Analyst positions to SBA/USDA Senior Credit Analyst and, most recently, Underwriting Manager. In those roles, she underwrote SBA and USDA loan requests and provided leadership, mentorship and training to SBA underwriters.

Delic earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Economy from Elmhurst University. She also earned the NAGGL Fundamental Lender Diploma Program credential in September 2024.

Abigail Cousin Joins Fulton Bank as SBA Construction Loan Administration Specialist

Abigail Cousin has joined Fulton Bank as an SBA Construction Loan Administration Specialist. In her new role, Cousin manages a portfolio of government-guaranteed multi-disbursement loans, supports the team’s growth goals while minimizing risk to the bank, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to streamline loan administration processes.

Cousin brings more than 15 years of experience in construction loan administration, commercial lending, project management and risk management. Prior to joining Fulton Bank, she served as a Disbursement Agent with Partner Engineering & Science.

Cousin previously spent more than 12 years with T Bank, advancing through several loan administration and SBA operations roles. Most recently, she served as VP/Senior Construction Loan Administrator, where she directed a $231.3 million diversified construction loan portfolio across multi-disbursement, SBA 504 and conventional loan products. She also previously served as AVP/SBA Operations and Loan Administration Specialist/SBA Portfolio Servicer.

Cousin earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Wilmington University. She is also a NAGGL member and received T Bank’s 2024 annual company award for dedication, excellence and commitment to the organization’s mission.

Matt Collins Joins Rockland Trust Bank as SBA Officer

Matt Collins has joined Rockland Trust Bank as an SBA Officer. In his new role, Collins serves as an SBA 7(a) and 504 liaison for the bank’s lenders.

Collins brings decades of SBA lending experience to Rockland Trust Bank. He has spent nearly 20 years with Granite State Development Corp., where he serves as Vice President and assists small businesses with financing real estate and equipment through the SBA 504 loan program. In announcing his new role, Collins said he is excited to work with lenders he has assisted with their 504 loans over the past 20 years.

Prior to Granite State Development Corp., Collins served as Regional Accounts Manager at Bay Colony Development Corp., providing SBA 504 financing to small businesses acquiring real estate. Earlier in his career, he held Regional Accounts Manager positions with The Money Store and AT&T Capital Corporation, working with SBA 7(a) and 504 financing.

Collins earned his degree from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, where he studied business, finance and economics. In 2024, Collins was recognized as the Massachusetts and New England Financial Services Champion.
