Donna Cotlow Joins CrossFirst Bank as SBA BDO

Donna Cotlow has more than 25 years of SBA lending experience in Arizona.  She started her career in 1994 and has since proven herself to be one of Arizona’s most knowledgeable small business lenders.  Just recently an attorney referred a client to Donna stating,

Chris Mills Joins Harvest SBF as Vice President, BDO

Christopher Mills has held a variety of roles throughout his career, demonstrating his versatility and deep expertise in the commercial banking industry. His experience encompasses healthcare practice finance, government contract banking, and commercial real estate finance. This diverse background positions him as a valuable resource and trusted advisor to his clients, enabling them to successfully achieve their financial objectives.

Christopher, a native of Washington DC, holds an MBA in Finance from Clark Atlanta University and a BA in Economics from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. He is a distinguished business professional and a dedicated advocate for small businesses, with over 27 years of experience in commercial banking.

Outside of his professional life, Christopher is actively involved with his church and enjoys golfing. He is also an avid fan of the Washington Commanders.

Nick Satel Joins Harvest SBF as Vice President, BDO

With over 22 years of experience in commercial financing, Nick Satel is a trusted capital markets advisor based in Tampa, Florida. Throughout his career, Nick has worked at institutions like Bank of America and Synovus primarily focusing on advising clients on securing debt through a variety of commercial lending programs including SBA, USDA, FNMA, FMAC and conventional products.

Nick attended the University of Florida and holds a BSBA in Management and Finance. Outside of his professional endeavors, he enjoys live music, traveling and actively supports the Florida Gators athletics program.
