Shannon Ziebol Joins MidCountry Bank as SBA Program Manager

Shannon Ziebol has joined MidCountry Bank as SBA Program Manager, bringing more than a decade of banking experience and an extensive background in SBA lending and portfolio management.
Ziebol most recently served as an SBA Portfolio Officer at Highland Bank, a position she held from May 2023 through July 2026. Before that, she served as VP, SBL Loan Closing Officer III at The Bancorp.
Ziebol earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Metro State University in 2014. She also completed the Fundamental Lender Diploma Program from NAGGL in 2024. In announcing her new position, Ziebol said she looks forward to collaborating with the MidCountry team to support small businesses in the community.
Martelle Rogers Joins First Women’s Bank as VP, SBA Closing and Funding

Martelle Rogers has joined First Women’s Bank as Vice President, SBA Closing and Funding, bringing extensive SBA closing, compliance and banking experience to the role.
Rogers joins First Women’s Bank after nine years with Byline Bank, where she most recently served as VP, Closing Compliance Manager. During her tenure at Byline, she advanced through several SBA positions, including SBA Loan Closer II, Senior SBA Loan Closer, SBA Closing Supervisor and Closing Compliance Manager.
Before joining Byline Bank, Rogers spent more than six years with Fifth Third Bank. Her roles included Customer Service Representative, Retail Personal Banker, Financial Center Manager and Membership Advantage Relationship Manager.
Rogers earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business. She is also attending the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin–Madison and recently completed her first year of the program.
Anthony Notarfrancesco Joins Citadel Credit Union SBA Team

Anthony Notarfrancesco has joined Citadel Credit Union as an SBA Business Development Officer, bringing a background in SBA and commercial real estate lending as well as seven years of experience as a small business owner.
Notarfrancesco previously spent more than two years with Liberty SBF, where he served as Director of Originations and later Business Development Director. His responsibilities included SBA 504 and bridge loan products, pricing, structure, marketing and competitive analysis, as well as supporting originators and working with credit, closing, banks, brokers and borrowers.
In addition to his lending experience, Notarfrancesco has been an owner of SouthHouse, a bar and restaurant in South Philadelphia, since 2019. He also owns SouthHouse Wing Sauces. Notarfrancesco said his experience building a business, managing employees and making payroll gives him firsthand perspective on the challenges faced by the small business owners he serves.
At Citadel, Notarfrancesco will work with business owners, acquisition entrepreneurs and growing companies throughout the credit union’s market while supporting branches in its western region.
