SBA Hot Topic Tuesday – Revised SBA 5010 5(F) Effective July 1

SBA has updated its Loan Processing SBA 5010 5(F) in include the new underwriting procedures for SBA 7(a) loans less than $350,000.

The following changes have been made:

Chapter 4:

Replace Paragraph I.A. through Subparagraph I.A.1 with the attached paragraphs. (Pages 157-158)

Chapter 5:

Replace Paragraph III.D.1a) with the attached paragraphs (Pages 108-186)

Chapter 6:

Replace Paragraph 1.A.2.t) with the attached paragraphs (Page 195)

Chapter 7:

Replace Paragraph IV.F.3.a) with the attached paragraphs (Page 209)
