#1 Error Made by Lenders in the SBA 7(a) Guaranty Purchase Process?

“Failure to provide an accurate transcript of account,” said National Guaranty Purchase Center (Herndon) Director Vanessa Piccioni to Coleman’s Guaranty Purchase Workshop this morning.

She emphasized that if the lender uses their own transcript, they must include all of the information data points requested by SBA in tab six.
