SBA 504 Lender of the Year

Ross Pancoe

Congratulations to Coleman’s SBA 504 Lender of the Year, Ross Pancoe!

“Ross has accomplished much in the world of SBA 504 lending so early in his career,” says Jim Conroy, incoming president of Pursuit CDC “ He matches competence with dogged determination which is critical in achieving results.”

In the Spring of 2020, Ross Pancoe, a Senior Vice President and Market Manager at Pursuit CDC, was processing PPP loans on a 7-day a week work schedule. At the same time, he was able to coordinate 16 SBA 504 loan closings in time for the customers to obtain six months of payment relief from SBA through the CARES Act. Overall, fiscal year 2020 was a banner year for Pancoe, as he closed more than $25 million in loans, primarily leveraging the SBA 504 loan program.

In addition to his work with Pursuit CDC, Pancoe serves as an advisory board member for the Southern Saratoga YMCA, as a board member for the Risk Management Association (RMA) Empire Chapter, and is a member of the loan advisory committee for the North Country Alliance.
