Maria Randall Joins First Business Bank as Vice President of SBA Lending

Maria Randall has over 25 years of commercial banking experience, primarily serving small businesses. She has specialized in SBA lending for over 13 years and has assisted numerous business owners around the country with starting or expanding their businesses, purchasing real estate and equipment, and refinancing debt. She enjoys listening to her clients’ business needs and matching them with the best loan options.
Randall grew up in New York City and started her banking career there prior to relocating to the Washington, DC area where she currently resides. She is a member of the U.S. Women’s Chamber of Commerce, a graduate of the Leadership Prince George Program, and has held leadership roles at a number of business organizations. Randall and her husband enjoy traveling, spending time with family, and playing with their Airedale Terrier
Greg Young Joins Gulf Coast Small Business Lending as SBA BDO

Greg Young brings over seventeen years of banking experience to Gulf Coast Small Business Lending. In his new role as an SBA business development officer, Young will work closely with both entrepreneurs and referral sources to assess and structure the financing requirements of small businesses.
Young is based out of Gulf Coast Small Business Lending’s Dallas office but is able to provide customized solutions to clients nationwide.
Commencement Bank Promotes Wyndie Dwyer to Assistant Vice President, Loan Administrator

Wyndie Dwyer has over 30-year of experience in loan operations, compliance, auditing, collateral liquidation, and workouts. Prior to joining Commencement Bank in 2018, Dwyer held loan operation management positions for several community banks, most recently with South Sound Bank.
In her new role, as Loan Administrator of Commencement Bank’s newly created Government Guaranteed Lending Division, Dwyer will be charged with leading the division’s back-office and administrative functions form the bank’s Tacoma headquarters.
