Acclivity Adds Kevin Clingman, Lisa Morandi

“We’re extremely fortunate to have experienced employees who work diligently and want to improve,” says Danny Preston, CEO and President of Acclivity Financial. “When talented individuals work as a team and focus on measurement and accountability, it immediately reflects in the results. In addition to loan production continually exceeding forecasts, we’ve seen closing times decrease by over 7 days. The customer experience is at the forefront of our decisions, and it will continue to drive us forward in the coming years. I would also like to announce the recent hires of Kevin Clingman and Lisa Morandi. Both are industry veterans who will grow our footprint as a premier nationwide lender.”

Kevin Clingman joins Acclivity Financial as Senior Vice President of Business Development. Most recently, he was Senior SBA Manager for Community Bank of Pickens County.

Kevin received a BBA in Economics from Morehouse College and is active in his church. He also previously served as a board member for Georgia Certified Development Corporation and the National Business Incubation Association.

Lisa Morandi will serve as Acclivity Financial’s new Assistant Vice President of Construction Loan Management. Lisa has 23 years of experience closing and servicing SBA 7(a) and 504 loans. She has held various leadership roles in previous positions. Most recently, Lisa was Senior SBA Construction Loan Specialist at United Community Bank.

Acclivity Financial, a subsidiary of Citizens Bank specializing exclusively in SBA and USDA lending, proudly celebrates its third anniversary amid continued growth. Since inception in 2015, the nationwide lender has seen its employee size more than double and its loan production rise rapidly to $246 million

Jennifer Tingler Appointed Portfolio Manager for Paragon

“With over 13 years of experience in banking, Tingle has a vast skill set and ability to provide exceptional service to our clients,” says Kerri Morrin, Chief Operating Officer. “We are delighted to have her on our team in Atlanta and look forward to continued growth in that market.”

Tingle’s prior experience includes working as a Special Assets Associate at a community bank where she assisted in establishing new departments. Additionally, Tingle served as Credit Analyst, supporting South Region lenders in all aspects of the loan process. Tingle also served as part of a four-person team responsible for opening a loan production office for the National Bank of Commerce in Atlanta.

Paragon Welcomes Cole Lipkin

“This is an exciting time for Cole to enter into the banking industry,” says Charles Yorke, President of Paragon Small Business Capital Group, Atlanta. “We are excited to have him join the Paragon team and look forward to his success serving the Atlanta community.”

In his new role, Lipkin will support Paragon loan officers in all aspects of pre-closing. He will assist in the ordering and reviewing processes, as well as tax transcriptions and credit reports.
