Coleman Movers & Shakers – Addie Roberge, Holly Brickson, and Veritex Community Bank

Addie Roberge Joins Live Oak Bank as Vice President of Small Business Lending

Addie Roberge is specializing in stock purchases and mergers, partner buyouts, owner-occupied real estate and ground up construction. With her extensive SBA lending experience, Addie understands the importance of educating clients about the SBA process and its attributes to ensure a quick and efficient closing.

In 2002, Addie began her career in banking and became an SBA lender in 2009. Before becoming a loan officer, she spent time both processing and underwriting SBA loans, providing her with the foundation to navigate the SBA process. Addie manages the Pacific Northwest, where she is recognized as a top performer in the business community. She received the U.S. Small Business Administrations “Financial Services Advocate of the Year” in 2017 and completed the Washington Banker’s Association Executive Development Program in 2019. Addie graduated from The Evergreen State College and now resides in Snohomish, Washington with her husband, three kids and two dogs.

“I’m excited to have the opportunity to work for the nation’s #1 SBA lender as it will enable me to provide great resources and creative financial options to my clients,” says Addie.

One Community Bank Welcomes Holly Brickson as Business Development and Treasury Manager

“I am excited to welcome Holly to our team. In her role, Holly will be developing new relationships on an individual, commercial and municipal level through referral and business development efforts. She will also assist clients in product education,” says Amy Bailey, Director of Treasury Management.

Brickson has a diverse career background. She assisted in managing events and social media content for her aunt and uncle’s restaurant, the Viking Brew Pub. Two years ago, she started her small business, Holiday Hot Cocoa Bombs. Her business has expanded into three storefronts.

“Being a small business owner myself, I am excited to work in a role that directly works with businesses,” Brickson says.

Veritex Community Bank Expands Their Small Business Lending Department

“Many who left their jobs during the Great Resignation did so to start their own business. We are experiencing a demand for working capital finance, real estate construction and acquisition loans, equipment purchases and cash management. SBA loans offer longer terms, allowing for lower monthly payments and better business cash flow,” says Jerry Tarnopol, Veritex Community Bank’s new SBA director. “Our focus is to walk alongside our customers and help them understand their options as they launch and grow their business.“

Veritex Community Bank, an SBA top preferred lender, is doubling the size of its Small Business (SBA) Lending department to accommodate the growing demand for SBA loans.

“Veritex Bank has been known for attracting the best talent in the industry, and, once again, we are adding new team members who will make meaningful contributions to Veritex Bank,” Chairman and CEO of Veritex Community Bank Malcolm Holland says.
