First Foundation Bank Expands SBA Administration Team, adding Adele Green, SVP, Director of SBA Lending and Andrea Donnelly, SVP, Government Guaranteed and Small Business Loans

Adele Green will lead the Small Business Administration programs including origination, underwriting and processing processes. Green has over 25 years of experience, including her service as Senior Vice President, Credit Performance Manager at Bank of America.
Andrea Donnelly will oversee the underwriting, loan portfolio monitoring, reporting, and loan documentation processing of SBA, government guaranteed and small business loans. Donnelly also has over 25 years of experience, most recently as Vice President, SBA Underwriting Manager at the Bank of California.
Midwest Regional Bank of Colorado Appoints Cathy Miller, Vice President, SBA Commercial Loan Officer
Cathy Miller will be responsible for originating primarily SBA 7a loans. These loans will cover the purchasing, building and/or renovating of real estate for start-ups and existing businesses. Additionally, she will handle the financing of business acquisitions, expansions and capital improvements.
Miller comes to Midwest Regional Bank from Centennial Lending.

This year’s SBA Lenders Forum provides an opportunity to learn about recent and anticipated changes to SBA loan programs for participants in the SBA lending community.
Featured keynote speaker is John Miller, who supports Associate Administrator William Manger in overseeing the Office of Capital Access loan program policies, technology and operations. Miller has expertise in the 7(a) and 504 Loan programs, Surety Bond and Microloan Programs, and the SBA’s $120 billion portfolio of both direct and guaranteed loans.
In previous positions, Miller served of the Director of Financial Program Operations, responsible for the SBA’s loan operation centers and portfolio management. Miller also served as a commercial loan specialist in the SBA’s District Office, Seattle. Additionally, Miller served for nine years as a financial analyst at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in Irvine, California and San Antonio, Texas.
