Belinda Rosthenhausler Joins CDC Small Finance
Belinda Rosthenhausler, joins CDC Small Business Finance as a VP, Commercial Lender to provide SBA 504 financing to small business owners in Arizona and Nevada.
Prior to joining CDC Small Business Finance, Rosthenhausler was a commercial sales executive for Clear Title Agency of Arizona. She also served as vice president and SBA business development officer at Meadows Bank, National Bank of Arizona, Metro Phoenix Bank and other financial institutions.
“Belinda’s extensive knowledge of SBA 504 financing, coupled with her excellent track-record of fostering meaningful business relationships in the commercial real estate community will help CDC Small Business Finance further its mission to help small business owners in Arizona and Nevada grow and create jobs,” says Mike Owen, Chief Credit Officer.
In her new role, she will focus on helping business owners looking to purchase, develop or refinance commercial real estate, in addition to equipment financing.
Joe Salas Joins CDC Small Business Finance
Joe Salas joins CDC Small Business Finance as a loan officer. Salas will focus on helping business owners in the Central Valley’s rural communities have better access to the financing they need for their businesses.
Prior to joining CDC Small Business Finance, Salas worked as a VP Business Development Officer at Tri Counties Bank, extending more than $16 million in funding in 2018 to help Central Valley small business owners.
“Joe has a proven history of providing financing and excellent customer service to businesses in the Central Valley,” says Susan Lamping, CDC Small Business Finance VP of Sales. “He will play a vital role in helping increase our impact in the region and support for these rural areas.”
Salas will work closely with community banks, small business development centers (SDBCs) and entrepreneurs. His efforts will focus on helping small business owners who are looking for financing to purchase an existing business, consolidate debt, secure inventory and more.
John Evens Elected to NADCO Board of Directors
John Evans began his lending career in May 1983 with West One Bank as a commercial loan officer. In September 1989, he accepted a position as an Assistant Vice-President/Commercial Loan Officer with Zions Bank. During his time with Zions, John was one of the first three loan officers in its SBA 504 Loan Securitization Department, where he became a full-time underwriter for SBA 504 loans nationwide. During his time with West One and Zions, he became the highest volume 504 lender in Utah. Before leaving the 504 first mortgage lending world, John transferred again to take over servicing of the Zions Bank Real Estate Department loans, including 504s.
In January 1996, Mountain West Small Business Finance (MWSBF) offered John a position as vice-president in Servicing and Liquidation. He is now the Executive Vice-President/Credit Administrator and manages the Servicing Department. He is also a member of the MWSBF Internal Loan Review Committee
John currently services on the NADCO Board of Directors and has served on a number of committees including Liquidation, Servicing, and NADCO conference organizing committees. He is one of the Instructors on the NADCO Credit Risk Institute.
