Deborah Moyers Named COO of Stone Bank’s SBA Division

“We’re very happy to welcome Deb to our team, says Vincent Muratore, President of Stone Bank’s Small Business Administration (SBA) Loan Division “She has been a great asset to us already as we’ve processed government-guaranteed loans through Capital Growth Solutions, and I expect that she will become invaluable in her new role.

Moyers is a very seasoned veteran in the financial industry, particularly the analysis and service of government-guaranteed loans. She began her career more than 15 years ago as a Commercial Loan Officer, Credit Analyst and Special Assets Officer for Community Trust & Banking Company. She most recently served as EVP and Chief Operating Officer with Capital Growth Solutions, a Chattanooga, Tennessee-based Lender Service Provider. She has also served as VP, Loan Administration and Loan Operations Department Head with CapitalMark Bank & Trust.

An Ohio native, Moyers attended Ohio University, The College of Mount Saint Joseph and The Ohio State University.

George Andreaus Named COO of Evolve Bank & Trust

Evolve Bank & Trust announces George Andreaus has been named Chief Operations Officer for the SBA Lending Division. In addition to his responsibilities as National Sales Manager, George will oversee the operations of the division. Since arriving at Evolve in 2017, George has not only built out a robust nationwide sales force, helping grow the division, he has also implemented new strategies to improve operations resulting in a more efficient loan process.

George has more than 25 years of experience in the financial industry. His start in the SBA arena was as Vice President of Business Development at GE Capital. As Director of SBA lending at Homebanc N.A., he grew the division to be the #1 Florida based 7a lender. He was also instrumental in building the origination team at Ready Capital

Matthew Putnam joins Sound Bank as Business Lending Specialist

“As Sound Bank begins building our SBA strategy, adding key employees to our team is critical to our success” says Chris Kwiatkowski, Director of Government Guaranteed Lending for North Carolina-based Sound Bank. “Matthew is an expert at educating customers on the SBA financing program and guiding them through potential solutions to meet their objectives.”

Putnam is a 25-year veteran in the SBA industry with experience as a Business Development Officer and Sales Manager on the Regional and National level. He served those roles at organizations including Yadkin Bank, CIT Small Business Lending, TD Bank, and Banco Popular.

Thomas brings more than 25 years’ experience in SBA business banking and has managed the SBA lending process for several national and regional banks in the state.

Andrew also brings more than 25 years’ experience having previously held similar positions with national and regional banks in both New Jersey and New York.
