Don Fracchia Named Head of Wells Fargo SBA Division

“Don is a proven leader and has developed significant credit, risk management and sales experience throughout his career. I’m confident that Don is the right leader to guide our team as we continue to strengthen our SBA business and serve the unique financing needs of our customers.”

Previously, Fracchia was head of Wells Fargo’s National Specialty Industry Group, part of Business Banking, where he led more than 200 specialty bankers dedicated to the Investor Real Estate and Agriculture customer segments. Before that he was head of Business Banking for the Pacific Midwest.

Fracchia earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California–Berkeley and graduated with an executive certificate from the Graduate School of Credit and Financial Management at Stanford University. He currently serves as the chairman of the board for the MS Society of Southern California and Nevada.

Claire has nearly 30 years of experience in SBA financing. She specializes in corporate strategy and growth, customer relationship development/management, government lending consulting/compliance, credit underwriting, and feasibility study analysis and development. She also has extensive expertise working with commercial appraisal review across a broad range of property types on a local, regional, and national basis. Prior to joining CSVA, Ms. Huse served as a senior vice president/senior credit analyst and USDA liaison for a national 7(a) preferred lender.Her experience also includes being responsible for all aspects of small business loan generation, underwriting, credit risk assessment, portfolio and program management, corporate training and staff development, regulatory compliance, and customer relationship development and management for a top-five Certified Development Company.

Oliver brings nearly 20 years of local commercial real estate lending experience to Marquis Bank. He previously served in senior executive positions at Floridian Community Bank and Broward Bank of Commerce. He joins the team at Marquis’ first Broward office at 201 SE 12th Street in downtown Fort Lauderdale.

Christopher Sanz specializes in Small Business Administration (SBA) loan programs, consulting with business owners to identify solutions to increase cash flow and expand their businesses. He was previously a senior vice president at Ocean Bank, where he led its preferred practice division in the specialized healthcare lending group. He also served as senior vice president and business banking market leader at BankUnited and vice president and senior healthcare banking officer at PNC Bank.
