Don Jackson Named Director of SBA Lending at Truliant Federal Credit Union

“I look forward to leading and growing our SBA loan platform with the goal of becoming one of the top SBA lenders in our markets,” says Don Jackson, Director of the newly created SBA Lending department at Truliant Federal Credit Union in North Carolina. “We are in a great position to grow and I look forward to adding the necessary talent that will help our small business clients to grow and create jobs.”

Jackson will be responsible for leading and growing Truliant Federal Credit Union’s SBA loan program across its regional divisions, including building a regional team of loan originators as well as developing and implementing an SBA business platform to streamline processes and create efficiencies for SBA Lending.

McIntyre is an accomplished business-focused banker who specializes in government guaranteed lending programs. She has worked in SBA and commercial lending positions throughout her career and recently served on the University of Georgia Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Statewide Advisory Council. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Piedmont College and a Master of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management from Clayton State University.

McIntyre will be based at the bank’s corporate office in McDonough, Georgia. 

Wyndie Dwyer Promoted to Assistant Vice President, Loan Administrator at Commencement Bank

In her new role at Commencement, Dwyer will be charged with leading the bank’s newly created Government Guaranteed Lending Division’s back-office and administrative functions. Dwyer brings to the position over 30 years of experience in loan operations, compliance, auditing, collateral liquidation, and workouts.  Prior to joining Commencement in 2018, Dwyer held loan operation management positions for several community banks, most recently with South Sound Bank.

The bank’s new government guaranteed lending department, which is based in Tacoma and headed by Jeff Mizukami, is now fully operational and available to assist new and existing clients.
