Kale Gaston to Serve as Director of Government Guaranteed Lending at Fidelity Bank

“We are very excited to bring Kale on to our team.  This will provide our customers with more lending options as our Bank continues to grow and will allow us to provide the same high-touch service that we do with meeting our customers’ conventional lending needs,” says Mary Willis, Fidelity Bank President and CEO.  “Last year, our teams were extremely successful in helping our customers secure funding through the Paycheck Protection Program.  As we begin to build our new Government Guaranteed Lending division, I’m excited for the opportunity to serve more of our neighbors throughout our communities.”

Kale Gastib has 35 years of experience assisting small businesses throughout the country and is well-respected across the industry. Prior to joining Fidelity Bank, he served as President of Lendstream Small Business Finance. He has also held SBA leadership positions at Wells Fargo, TD Bank, and Bank of America.  

In addition to his financial background, Gaston serves on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders and as a board member of Pursuit Community Finance, a Certified Community Development Financial Institution.

Mili Shah Joins Ready Capital As VP, Business Development Officer

As Vice President, Business Development Officer at Ready Capital, Mili Shah will be responsible for business development, quality loan submissions, and all aspects of deal flow management, ultimately leading to successfully funded small business loans. Specifically, Shah will focus on hotel franchise lending.

Prior to joining Ready Capital, Shah practiced commercial real estate law, representing lenders and borrowers, at Kitchens Kelley Gaynes, P.C in Atlanta.  Her experience as an attorney helped her pursue a career in banking, where she served as the SBA Lending Director of Vantage Bank Texas. 

Shah received her bachelor’s degree in economics from New York University and then received her JD and MBA at The University of Tennessee. 

Bryan Olund Joins Centier’s Mishawaka Small Business Banking Team

Bryan Olund joins Centier Bank after spending nearly a decade working as a commercial credit analyst and small business banker. He enjoys working with clients who strive to improve the communities they serve. For that reason, he is dedicated to giving the most honest advice and recommendations to clients to help them reach their goals.  

“I am passionately committed to helping my clients, colleagues, and neighbors,” says Olund. “I always put the client’s needs first and give the most honest advice and recommendations I possibly can.”

The South Bend, Indiana resident graduated from Indiana University of Bloomington Kelley School of Business in 2012, and currently serves on the board of RiverBend Cancer Services.
