Harvest Welcomes Keith Nigbur as Newest SVP for the Southwest Region
Keith Nigbur has been in the banking and finance industry for 14 years. He has extensive experience in commercial lending, government guaranteed lending, and commercial real estate finance.
Keith is honored to be a part of Harvest, where he now has the ability to offer more creative solutions and further help clients in need. “ Small businesses are the building blocks of our country and are a critical component to the strength of our local and national economies,” says Harvest. “Providing access to capital for entrepreneurs and innovators is vital.”

Sheri Brewer Joins Harvest as New SVP for California & Pacific Northwest Region
Sheri Brewer is an experienced commercial loan officer. She has over 28 years of experience working in the financial services industry specializing in commercial real estate lending, commercial mortgages, and community banking.
A strong finance professional, Sheri graduated from CBA Commercial Lending School. She has been on the Central Coast for 21 plus years (Monterey County to Thousand Oaks) serving CRE client needs.
Seacoast Commerce Bank Announces the Hiring of John Nguyen, SVP and SBA Business Development Officer
John Nguyen joins Seacoast Commerce Bank’s San Jose branch as SVP, SBA Business Development Officer. He has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate development and financing, having funded hundreds of loans to small business and commercial real estate owners throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
Nguyen brings proven success in SBA production to Seacoast’s already “best in class” SBA Division and will be helping small businesses facilitate the acquisition, development, and refinance of their commercial real estate properties.
