Kevin Ferryman Joins Freedom Bank as Head of SBA Division
“We are very fortunate to have a SBA banking executive join our team with such diverse and broad experience in small business lending,” says Joe Thomas, President and CEO of Freedom Bank. “Under Kevin’s leadership and with the expertise of the other experienced members joining our SBA team, Freedom Bank will be able to build on the notable success the bank had in 2020 in executing government programs such as the Paycheck Protection Program and the Main Street Lending Program.”
Prior to joining Freedom Bank, Ferryman was Senior Vice President and Director of SBA Lending at Patriot Bank in Connecticut where he built a successful SBA program. He has also worked for Citizens Bank, Capital One, and JPMorgan Chase. At Freedom Bank, Ferryman will serve as a member of the senior management team focused on establishing the bank’s SBA Division’s goals relating to independent origination, underwriting, closing, sale, and servicing of SBA loans.

Falcon National Bank expands SBA Lending Division
Falcon National Bank has expanded its SBA lending division, adding new leadership, a lending officer, and a dedicated portfolio manager.
William Johnson has been appointed SVP, SBA Division manager. He has over 30 years in banking and has held leadership positions with numerous community, national and regional banks.
Chase Larson was promoted to vice president of SBA lending. Larson has been with Falcon National Bank for two years and served as a business banker.
Bri Torborg, SBA servicing manager, has already established her role in helping nearly 500 customers through the SBA PPP loan application, funding, and forgiveness process. She previously worked with the St. Cloud Small Business Development Corporation as a consultant.
BankProv Expands Small Business Lending Team with New Experienced Lenders

Joel Gianninoto and Ryan Fox join BankProv’s Small Business lending team in Bedford, New Hampshire, as Vice President of Commercial Lending, and Assistant Vice President of Commercial Lending.
Gianninoto joined BankProv in March 2020 with almost 10 years of banking experience, having previously held positions at Citizens Financial Group and Salem Five Bank. Gianninoto is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Western New England University and is an active participant in local chamber events.
Fox joined BankProv in November 2020, having spent most of his career at William Fox & Co., a family-owned business in Washington, D.C. His experience managing a small business for more than a decade gives him first-hand insight, knowledge, and understanding of the challenges that face small business owners daily. Fox is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College and has also held positions at Alternative Care at Home and Dolly Road Partners.
