Kristi Von Woglom-Davis Joins Wallis Bank

Woglom-Davis Joins Wallis Bank as Senior Vice President, Commercial Lending Officer. She is a Houston native and specializes in commercial finance products to entrepreneurs and small to medium-sized businesses. Woglom-Davis has more than 19 years of industry experience in commercial debt, lending, commercial finance, and trading. Before joining Wallis Bank, she worked for First Horizon Bank. 

In addition to her career, Woglom-Davis is an advisory board member for the University of Houston’s SBDC, SCORE, HAGGL, Texas Association of Business Brokers and Commercial Real Estate Network of Houston.

Armand A. Fernandez Promoted to SVP, Senior Small Business Lending Officer

Since joining St. Mary’s Credit Union in 2013, Armand A. Fernandez has been a driving force in small business lending. Due to his efforts, St. Mary’s lending team has been named the number one credit union in Massachusetts for SBA lending for the last six years.

Fernandez has been promoted to senior vice president, senior small business lending officer. In his new role, Fernandez will continue to direct the credit union’s small business lending efforts.

John Marshall Bank Hires Brendan Baldwin as Commercial Lender

Baldwin joins the John Marshall Bank team as a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in lending, business development, and management. He most recently served as a Vice President, Commercial Lending Officer with Fauquier Bank in Manassas, Virginia. In this role, Baldwin was responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with potential corporate clients and managing a portfolio of 75 business relationships.

Brendan completed his college education in Rutland, Vermont where he received his Bachelor’s in Liberal Studies at the College of Saint Joseph. He went on to pursue professional development training at the Emerging Leaders Institute in 2013, followed by advanced banking training at The Virginia Bankers School of Bank Management at the University of Virginia.
