Columbia Bank Welcomes Matthew Rickert as Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer

In his role, Rickert is responsible for the Bank’s credit policies, including all aspects of Commercial Credit and Special Assets. Rickert has over 20 years of diversified experience at premier institutions including senior leadership roles for JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (JPMC). Most recently, he was the Market Executive for Middle Market Banking and Specialized Industries (MMBSI) at JPMC where he oversaw all facets of the portfolio, including sales and client profitability in New Jersey. Previously, Rickert served as Credit Risk Director where he managed the credit, counterparty, and market risk undertaken by the firm. Prior to that, he held banking and credit roles at Wells Fargo and HSBC.

Rickert holds a Master of Business Administration from Baruch College and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and History from The Pennsylvania State University. He serves on the Board of Directors of Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey (CIANJ).

First Internet Bank Announces Will Tinsley as New VP, Senior Business Development Officer

Mr. Tinsley most recently served as Vice President, SBA Business Development Officer – Acquisition Specialist for Gulf Coast Small Business Lending. He previously held positions with Bank United and Wells Fargo. Will is an alumnus of Coe College. His addition will further bolster First Internet Bank’s national commitment to small business.

Damon Munoz Joins Oak Valley Community Bank as VP, Commercial Banking Officer

“We are excited to welcome Damon to the Oak Valley team,” said Gary Stephens, EVP Commercial Banking Group. “Damon’s extensive commercial banking experience includes working with public and private businesses on real estate, ground-up construction, working capital, equipment, and SBA financing projects. His commercial lending acumen coupled with his client relationship management proficiency will help broaden our presence in the Greater Sacramento Valley,” Stephens concludes.

Munoz joins the Oak Valley team with over 20 years of commercial banking and finance experience. As a Commercial Banking Officer, he will be responsible for commercial lending and business development in the Capital region.

Munoz earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo. He is a founding board member of Whitney Ranch Charitable Foundation-Strokes4Hope and has actively served the foundation for the past 10 years. He is a two-time national Pinnacle Award recipient for credit production with his previous employer.
