Michael B. Hobbs is Promoted to President and COO for Independent Bank Group, Inc.

Michael B. Hobbs will serve as President and Chief Operating Officer, effective as of October 1, 2021. Mr. Hobbs previously served as Independent Bank Group’s Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer. He will continue to oversee the Bank’s lending function as well as supervising many aspects of the Bank’s daily operations.

River City Bank Hires Curtis Brunton as SVP, Business Development Officer

Brunton, who is based in Austin, TX, will be responsible for developing new business, with a focus on originating commercial real estate (CRE) loans throughout Texas and specific states in the western U.S. He brings more than 22 years of experience in loan origination and new business development, having most recently opened the San Francisco office for Morgan Stanley’s commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) group in 2017.

Integro Bank (Proposed) Adds Kendra Vincenty and Marcelo Mills as Small Business Executives

Kendra Vincenty joins Integro Bank as senior vice president and director of Government Lending. In her role, Vincenty will focus on building and leading the Small Business Administration (SBA) government lending programs, serving the needs of the bank’s intended small-business owners and clients. Vincenty brings more than 25 years of SBA lending experience working for community banks.
Meanwhile, Marcelo Mills now serves as senior vice president and Head of Business Banking, overseeing the bank’s commercial real estate and conventional C&I business lending programs. With more than 10 years of business lending experience, Mills has held roles at JPMorgan Chase and First Citizens Bank, most recently serving as senior vice president at Pacific Mercantile Bank.
