David has been working in the SBA industry for the past 31 years, finding his niche in the early 1990s. His introduction to SBA came when he was a commercial realtor, and his buyers were having trouble securing financing to submit offers. David has always been persistent and was introduced to SBA financing to help business owners finance real estate purchases. Since then, David has mastered the SBA program, learning from the best companies and agents in the industry. David has received multiple awards from lending partners and business coaching organizations alike. His dedication to getting deals approved has also resulted in numerous distinctions from the SBA directly for outstanding service as an advocate on behalf of small business lending.

Today, David continues to serve clients through his strategic relationships with the country’s top-performing banks and non-bank lenders, for which he has been awarded as a top producer for many years. He has founded two companies built upon a successful model that allows him to more effectively and efficiently facilitate the lending process—even for those cases that might be seen as complex, unfavorable, or demand more significant time and attention.

“Beyond lending, I founded Business Ownership Coach, a franchise consulting firm dedicated to helping aspiring entrepreneurs navigate business ownership opportunities. My mission is to guide 100,000 entrepreneurs toward business ownership over the next decade and I’ve made significant progress toward this goal through my podcast, virtual events, and educational initiatives, which have attracted over 12,000 attendees to date. As a member of NAGGL and the Coleman Broker Roundtable, I continue to refine my expertise, staying at the forefront of SBA lending and small business financing.
