Business Loan Capital Welcomes Shannon Angelos
“I am excited for the opportunity to work with Business Loan Capital at such a crucial juncture in this stage of their growth as a direct lender,” says Shannon. Her primary goal will be to make Business Loan Capital accessible to every facet of the SBA 504 lending market; business owners, lending partners, commercial real estate professionals, and interested investment capital. “Bridging the gap between investment capital and qualified owner occupied borrowers is a well-timed objective in the country’s larger need to stimulate growth,” she went on to say. Fred Mills, President and CEO of Business Loan Capital says, “Shannon’s strong industry knowledge and contacts are exactly what we need to continue to enhance our presence in the market.”
“Kristen is adept at building relationships and creating partnerships that will translate into new opportunities to help bankers and brokers provide capital to small business clientele,” says Dean Aloe, senior loan officer for Team L.A. in CDC’s Pasadena-based office.
Kristen will focus on outreach to bankers and commercial real estate brokers to increase their awareness of SBA-504 program financing as a tool to help small business expand and create new jobs.
