Meet, hear and network with influential banking, legal and finance experts, retail lenders, brokers, SBA secondary market paper investors and representatives of the federal government. Discuss the hottest issues that will affect your new business development and challenges—from burgeoning SBIC opportunities and regulatory tightening to loan structuring in the face of interest rate fluctuations and debates about 504 vs. 7(a) financing.

Your event co-chairs bring a wealth of inside SBA industry perspective:
  • head_coleman

    Bob Coleman, Publisher, Coleman Report

  • head_judge

    Bob Judge,
Partner, Government Loan Solutions; Editor, CPR Report

  • head_teckler

    Marty Teckler, Partner, Kelley Drye

Prepare your organization for these opportunities and challenges:
  • Learn how to assess the high-return possibilities offered by Small Business Investment Companies and whether it makes sense to start your own
  • Discover how the merits of SBA 504 and SBA 7(a) loans stack up as investment opportunities.
  • What affect will recent fraud cases in excess of $180 million in the secondary market have on regulation and oversight over the coming year?
  • Which disruptive developments can we expect in the securitization of unguaranteed portions of SBA loans?
  • Which new players in the 504 secondary market can we expect to shake things up?
  • Update on new and existing legal and regulatory hurdles—such as Basel III—facing the secondary SBA loan market
  • Small group forum, so you’ll have the chance to meet and speak personally with all speakers and participants
