Daniel Krewson Joins MultiFunding as Senior Vice President and Senior Advisor

Says MultiFunding’s Ami Kassar, ‘Dan was one of the first lenders I met when we started MultiFunding over five years when he just started at Valley Green Bank. At Valley Green Bank he built up a loan portfolio of over $100,000,000 and we personally worked together on multiple transactions. Dan’s bank was recently sold, and he decided to make the transition.’

‘Dan will be a key team member for us as we continue to grow and expand. I have all the confidence in the world in his commitment to small-business and entrepreneurship.’

CrossFirst Bank Moving up the Loan Volume Charts in Kansas

Kansas-based CrossFirst Bank receives nice coverage by James Dornbrook of the Kansas City Business Journal.

‘SBA lending is certainly a focus of ours,” says Bank President Mike Maddox said. “We want to grow our small business lending program and provide an ability to be a bit more flexible in terms than we might be in a conventional sense. We certainly want to be able to serve the new startup company and the smaller business, just as we do the larger customers. Those smaller businesses grow into big businesses, so it’s really beneficial for us to serve that whole spectrum.’

About a year ago, CrossFirst nabbed Tim Barron from Alterra Bank to be manager of its small business banking team. Now that he’s got the ball rolling nicely in Kansas City, Maddox wants Barron to do the same thing at the other CrossFirst locations in Wichita, Oklahoma City and Tulsa.
