ReadyCap Sells Excess SBLC License to CenterStone SBA Lending, Retains the CIT License

John Moshier, President of ReadyCap Lending writes the Coleman Report, “ReadyCap Lending is pleased to announce the sale of one of its SBLC licenses. ReadyCap purchased the SBLC license formerly held by GE Capital in March 2014 and subsequently purchased an additional license as a part of the CIT acquisition.

“SBA regulations require a holder of two SBLC licenses to dispose of one within twelve months. We accomplished this on September 14, 2015.

“ReadyCap Lending continues to grow its SBA 7(a) origination platform and is operating under the SBLC license it retained in the acquisition of CIT Small Business SBA portfolio, systems and people,” concludes John.

United Community Bank Commits to Growing SBA Manufacturing Lending with Paul Pickhardt

Eva Farag has over 25 years of comprehensive lending experience, primarily focused in closing SBA 7(a) and 504 loans, as well as in the acquisition, development, financing and sale of commercial properties in the metropolitan Atlanta area. She also has extensive experience in representing small business owners and operators in lending transactions.

Prior to joining ReadyCap Lending, Eva served as Senior Vice President for Bank of Atlanta. Throughout her career, she has been consistently recognized as a top performer in various senior management positions with major financial institutions including: Marine Midland Bank, Bank of America, SunTrust Bank and First Citizens Bank.
