BankFirst Welcomes Kevin Kilpatrick as Senior Vice President and SBA Department Manager

BankFirst Financial Services is pleased to welcome Kevin Kilpatrick as Senior Vice President and SBA Department Manager. Based in the bank’s Birmingham office, Kevin will lead SBA lending efforts across all BankFirst markets. With over 35 years of experience in SBA and government lending, Kevin brings a proven track record of success, having originated more than $175 million in SBA loans and led high-performing teams across multiple markets. His proven leadership, deep industry expertise, and commitment to supporting small business growth make him a strong addition to the BankFirst team.
A graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a degree in Marketing and Finance,
Kevin also completed the Alabama Banking School, where he graduated as Salutatorian, and has received advanced SBA training through NAGGL. He has been recognized as one of the Birmingham Business Journal’s “Top 40 Under 40,” is a past president of the Vestavia Hills Chamber of Commerce, and frequently shares his SBA lending expertise with community groups and business audiences.
Kevin has served as the Worship Minister at Homewood Church of Christ for more than 40 years and performs in a local band. He and his wife, Lyn, have been married for 39 years and enjoy spending time with their two children and grandchildren.
PlainsCapital Bank Welcomes Cullen Seitz to Austin Lending Team

Seitz brings over 19 years of financial services experience in the Austin area, with a strong background in commercial lending, relationship management, and business development. He previously served as a Relationship Manager at PNC Bank and held leadership roles at Citizens National Bank, Austin Capital Bank, and JP Morgan Chase. In his new role at PlainsCapital, he will provide strategic financial guidance and customized lending solutions to businesses, while managing client relationships and driving growth in the Austin market.
A University of Texas at Austin graduate with a degree in economics, Seitz is also active in the community. He currently serves as Vice President of the Vista Ridge High School Booster Club and has been involved with the Cedar Park Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program, the Cedar Park Youth League Board, and the Greater Austin Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
Gulf Coast Small Business Lending Announces Hiring of Tim Kiley
Gulf Coast Small Business Lending announced that it has hired Tim Kiley as Senior Vice President – Business Development Officer in Kalispell, Montana.
