Mark Davis
Senior Vice President Business Development Officer

Mark brings over 32 years of banking experience, with a specialization in SBA and conventional loans for the past 18 years. A proud graduate of the University of Arizona, he serves on the Board of Directors for two impactful nonprofits: First Community Capital and Global Children’s Fund. Throughout his career, Mark has successfully funded a diverse range of loans, including commercial real estate, business acquisitions and expansions, medical and professional practices, and unique projects such as car washes and parking lots. Passionate about fostering strong, mutually beneficial relationships, Mark thrives on networking and finding creative solutions to help clients achieve their goals.

Rhonda Smith
Senior Vice President Business Development Officer

Rhonda Smith has over 20 years of experience financing companies ranging from start-ups to publicly traded corporations. She specializes in helping companies access capital and provides tailored financing solutions. Prior to joining Harvest, Rhonda worked with a non-profit lender facilitating SBA, USDA and pandemic relief loan programs. She has also been an advisor and consultant to small businesses.

She previously held the role of Director, Capital Markets Relations with a specialty finance company and roles in corporate and investment banking with Wachovia and SunTrust. Rhonda has a BS from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida.

Eric Warfel
Vice President Business Development Officer

With 26 years of experience in commercial banking, Eric Warfel has successfully built teams and led market expansion efforts across community, regional, and national banking institutions. He has held key leadership roles, including Director of Commercial Lending and Market President. 

In 2019, Eric transitioned from corporate banking to alternative and private lending, leveraging his expertise to create practical debt solutions for borrowers and lenders. He has also served in financial leadership roles, including as CFO of a transportation company, where he facilitated balance sheet deleveraging and a significant equity transaction.

Outside of work, he and his wife, Jerissa, are active members of Calvary Church and support various charitable organizations. Eric serves on the board of IMPACT! Mission, a nonprofit providing housing resources to those in need, enabling community members to age in place or maintain their homes. The Warfels are proud parents of five active children and one grandchild.
