SBA Will No Longer Support “Send This File” at the End of September

As of September 15, 2024, SBA’s Office of Capital Access (OCA) will no longer use SendThisFile to securely receive loan documents. Going forward, Box.com should be used to securely transfer documents to the Commercial Loan Servicing Centers (Little Rock and Fresno) and the National Guaranty Purchase Center (NGPC).

Lenders and CDCs should continue using Etran document upload for submissions to the 7(a) Loan Guaranty Processing Center (LGPC) and 504 Sacramento Loan Processing Center (SLPC).

Program specific guidance for loan origination, servicing, and liquidation document transfer is posted on each center’s webpage at Loan and Guaranty Centers | U.S. Small Business Administration (sba.gov).
