The State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI) was reinstated in March 2021 with $10 billion in funding as part of the American Rescue Plan. A considerable jump from $1.5 billion in 2010.
Small business lenders nationwide have been instructed to apply as Treasury approves state programs in “batches.”
