TMC Financing Remains the Nation’s #1 SBA 504 Commercial Real Estate Lender

“We’re thrilled to produce such outstanding results for two consecutive years,” says Barbara Morrison, Founder and President, TMC Financing. “2021 was a record-breaking year for us but in 2022 we managed to approve 30 percent more in SBA 504 financing. While the totals are incredible, the real joy stems from the small business that we have helped grow.”

For the second year in a row, TMC Financing is the No. 1 U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) 504 lender in the nation. In fiscal year 2022, which ended September 30th, TMC Financing approved 467 SBA 504 loans, totaling $587 million in SBA 504 financing. The number of loans approved by TMC Financing surpasses every other SBA 504 lender in the U.S.

TMC Financing, a non-profit mission-based lender, administers below-market, fixed-rate loans to small business owners to purchase, construct, or refinance fixed assets, such as commercial real estate and equipment.

The loans approved by TMC Financing in fiscal year 2022 are projected to create 4,953 jobs.

TMC Financing was also the top SBA 504 lender in the Arizona Market, with 87 loans approved for over $100 million.

“Fiscal year 2022 was our first full year operating in Arizona,” explains Morrison. “It’s amazing to make such an impact on the Arizona small business community right out of the gate.”

Since its founding in 1981, TMC has secured more than $10 billion in SBA 504 commercial real estate financing for 6,000 small businesses. As a result of the financing, these small businesses have created over 60,000 jobs.
