Kris Roglieri and Broward Sheriff’s Office Update! – Fraud Friday
Kris Roglieri
It was revealed that the FBI raided Kris Roglieri’s house in New York for a second time. On March 5, agents appeared again, taking seven more sports cars. Those cars include a Lamborghini, a Porsche, two Ferraris, and three Mercedes Benz.
The FBI obtained warrants to continue taking cars from his home in late February. The seven cars recently taken are added to more than a dozen cars that the FBI already seized along with other luxury items.
The Roglieri/Prime Capital investigation is ongoing and federal agencies have declined to comment.

Broward Sheriff’s Office
Earlier this month, a Broward Sheriff’s Office deputy was convicted of two counts of wire fraud. Stephanie Smith was one of the individuals indicted in October 2023 when the story first broke.
In 2021, she applied for and received 2 PPP loans as a sole proprietor. The two businesses were Children 1st Basketball Training and Agape Smith Vending. Smith included false information about both businesses’ total amount of gross income during 2019. This was backed by falsified IRS tax forms. She applied for forgiveness for both PPP loans which totaled more than $31,000. Both loans were forgiven.
Stephanie Diane Smith is scheduled to be sentenced on May 29.
