SBA Hot Topic Tuesday — New Lender Portfolio Intelligence from SBA’s Lender Portal
The new update will allow you to view your portfolio to show:
- 2-Year trendlines for PARRiS/SMART metrics
- Concentration tables for industry segments, franchises, and geographic lending area
- Number of loans and/or dollars associated with performance measures
- Vintage year analysis of loan disbursements
- Loan status analysis by delivery method
- SBA 7(a) form 172 payment information
- SBA 7(a) four additional PARRiS Flags
Lender Portal updates will also include:
- Expansion of hover-over definitions;
- Ability to download loan and lender level data to Microsoft Excel;
- Printer-friendly portal snapshots.
