Second Rapier Donation of $350,000 Paid for Hector Barreto’s Personal Expenses
The second installment of Dr. Rapier’s donation was larger than the last. The Latino Coalition Foundation received $350,000 for a youth apprenticeship program. Once again, the account was dwindling right before it received Dr. Rapier’s donation. The funds were sent between Miguel Gutierrez and Hector Barreto. At times, the donation was used to pay credit card expenses, and at other times it was used to pay other individuals and companies.
