- Between March 2021 and March 2022, 18,296 small businesses opened.
- Banks issued $715.1 million in loans to businesses with revenues of $1 million or less.
- Total reported new lending through loans of $1 million or less was $2.7 billion.
- The rate of Nevada small business employment between 1996 and 2020 was the highest of any state, with an increase of 67.8%.
- 45.2% of small businesses were women-owned, 7.2% were veteran-owned, 19.3% were Hispanic-owned, and racial minorities owned 24.3%.
